WebFarm offers Company Registration services through our partnership with Register A Company Limited. Register A Company Limited provides a full online registration system for the formation of New Zealand companies. You can have your new company operating within a few hours and the company package on your doorstep the next day! Companies formed with Register A Company Limited are compliant with the 1993 Companies Act. Register a company offers two company registration options;
1. Full Package Register A Company Limited will produce and deliver all the company documentation (plus some added bonuses like a CD and 70 page business booklet) in a professional company folder. This will be delivered by courier to your door.
2. DIY Package Register A Company Limited will issue you a username and password which you then use to log into our site and print off all the documentation and store it in your own folder.
How long does it take? Your company can be incorporated very quickly - sometimes within a couple of hours of submitting your information to us. The turnaround is dependent on how quickly you're able to fax back some documents to us that require your signature (these documents are delivered to you by email).
If you choose to pay by credit card using our online secure credit card system, we can get started immediately on forming and incorporating your company. If you pay by one of our other two methods, cheque or direct debit to our bank account, then there will be a time delay until we confirm payment before we can begin.
