How do I renew my domain name registration?
The free domain name which is associated with your Web Hosting Account will be automatically renewed on the day prior to it's expiry date. A credit of $29.95 + GST will be applied to your Web Hosting Account invoice to offset this renewal fee.
Any other domain names under your account will also be auto-renewed on the day before their expiry date, and an invoice generated for the renewal fees.
Can I renew my domain name for more that a one year term?
Yes, domain names can be renewed for any term up to 10 years.
Will my domain name be cancelled automatically if I dont renew before the renewal date?
If you disable the 'auto-renewal' function under My Account then yes, your domain name will be automatically cancelled 4 days after the listed expiry date.
Can I renew multiple domain names at once?
Yes, there is a Bulk Renewal tool provided under My Account on our website.
Can I renew my domain name if I cannot remember my username and password?
All domain name management functions, including renewal tools, are only available under the My Account section on our website. Therefore you will need to have your username and password in order to renew a domain name manually.
Can I check when my domain names are due for renewal?
Yes, just log into My Account on our website, and you can list any domain names you have registered in order of expiry date.
Can I renew my domain names at any time?
Yes, you can renew your Domain Names at any time and the requested term will be added to the current expiry date e.g. if your Domain Name expires on September 19th 2008 and you renew it for 1 year on May 5th 2008, the new expiry date will be September 19th 2009.
