How do I set up mailboxes / users on the server? 

Log in to your Ensim Site Administrator control panel and select 'Mailboxes/Users' from the menu on the left.  Then click on 'Add User' from the options at the top.  The username you enter will be what is to the left of the @ symbol in this person's email address.  For example, if you specify the username as bob, the email address for this user will be bob@yourdomainname.co.nz.

The Disk Quota is how many megabytes of disk space this user will be assigned for their mailbox.

The FTP and CGI check boxes will enable these services for this user.

How do I set my email to forward to another existing email address?

Log in to your Ensim Site Administrator control panel and select 'Aliases' from the menu on the left.  Select the pencil icon next to the email alias you wish to forward.  Then just type the email address you wish to forward the mail to into the 'Forward To' box provided, and click 'Edit Alias' to save your changes.
