What does Merge Accounts do?

If you have more than one Freeparking account, you may merge one account into another one using the online "Merge Account" facility.


Note, you can only merge WebFarm accounts if you are the owner of BOTH accounts, and can demonstrate this to the satisfaction of WebFarm.  Usually you would do this if you want to consolidate multiple accounts you have established to a single account.


This is NOT a Transfer of Registrant procedure.


To sucessfully merge accounts online, either of the following sets of conditions must apply;


a) The Registrant Organisation Name AND Registrant Organisation Email Address for both accounts are the same


b) The Registrant Address, City, Country, Telephone and Email Address for both accounts are the same


If neither of the above sets of conditions apply, the online merge request does not proceed, and the offline Merge Accounts paper form must be submitted to WebFarm.

 

How do I Merge Accounts?

There are two ways to submit a Merge Account request;


1. Online - use the online Merge Account request by logging into one of the accounts. Use this option if your account details are the same.


2. Offline - complete the Merge Account form below and post or fax back to WebFarn.  Use this option if your account details differ slightly.

          * HTML  Print as a HTML document.
