How do I change the contact details for domain names I have registered?

There are two ways you can change the email address or other contact details for domain names in your account

1. To modify one particular domain name contact detail.

Log into your account using the 'My Account' facility, and select the domain name you wish to manage. Contact email addresses can be modified by selecting "Modify" for the appropriate contact.

2. To modify your default details and then apply them to existing registrations.

Log into your account as above and select "Contact Details" on the right hand menu. Here you can update the default contact details for your account. These details will be used for any future domain name registrations.

To apply these default details to existing domain name registrations, you need to select the domain name, and select "Update with Account Defaults".

If you have lost your Username and Password, use the "Lost Password?" link on the "My Account" log in page.

How do I change my password?

To change your account password for the Freeparking account management, you should use the 'Lost password?' link which can be found on the 'My Account' login page.

This will send an email to your email address containing a link to change the password for your account.

My email address has changed and I have locked my domain name.

If your email address on file is no longer active or correct, and you enabled domain management lock for the domain name (so that the address cannot be changed), use the Change Email Address form to have Freeparking modify your email address.
