What happens if I go over my allocated bandwidth/data transferred amount?If you go over your bandwidth/data transfer amount by a marginal amount, we will not take any action. However if it occurs numerous times we will contact you with possible suggestions for resolving the problem, which may include upgrading your account type.
Why can't I access my website's control panel?This is normally because of a firewall on your computer or network blocking Port 19638 from being used. The control panel uses Port 19638, so try disabling blocking or allowing Port 19638 to solve this problem.
How do I upload/publish my website files?
